Return & Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders for signed first print run copies of The Willow Plan™ may be canceled by email request through March 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

After this deadline, orders are considered final and will ship beginning March 12, 2026.

Due to the limited and signed nature of this first print run, returns are not accepted once shipped unless the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Info@WillowCS.com within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the damage.
